Knowing your current Covid 19 status is important for: - Visiting family - Returning to work - Travel - Peace of mind Garden State Elite Medi Center offers quick and easy Covid 19 swab testing with results from 1 to 2 days. Our $50.00 fee includes our office processing fees. Please bring valid ID and insurance card for lab fee coverage. ********IN HOME TESTING DISCLAMIER******** Please let us know if you would like information on our at home testing option - Our nurse might be in your area on the day of your appointment - NEW JERSEY LOCATIONS ONLY. Our in home testing is only available for locations 1 hour or less from our Mountainside, NJ office. Please call our office directly to schedule an in home appointments for locations greater than 1 hour. For your and our nurse's safety, all swabs are completed outside in front of residence or place of business. Our travel nurses are doing their best to make every appointment on time however, our nurses have a 1 hour window before and after your scheduled time to obtain your specimen. To help accelerate your appointment, please have our new patient forms completed which can be found on our Homepage (FORM 1, FORM 2 & FORM 3) prior to your appointment to expedite your check in process. A copy of your driver's license and insurance card will be requested to accompany your specimen to lab - a picture can be obtain at your appointment or texted to 908-297-7305 prior. Our In Home testing is only available at this time for 2 or more adult bookings at the same address. In Home testing only available Saturday and Sunday for 3 or more adult bookings at the same address In Home and In Office Covid testing is 100% refundable if cancelled within 3 hours of scheduled appointment
